I’m Simon – a Masters student from England, studying multi-media journalism in Bournemouth. My religion is football (soccer), and I worship at the altar of North London’s finest team: Tottenham Hotspur. I play a lot of sport (although not since last November when I cleverly dislocated my knee). I love watching pretentious arty films as much as big studio blockbusters, and debating their merits afterwards (much to the boredom of my friends). I read as much as I can, and write much less than I should.
After travelling around the globe in 2006/2007 , I decided to aim for a career that would allow me to see even more of the world. If said career could include football, film and working with animals in some way, all the better. So, I suppose I want to be a football-playing journalist/film critic who trains dogs in his spare time. Abroad. Thankfully, I hear there’s a huge market for this.

Hey Simon!
I was just wondering what countries you visited in your trip around the world. I love traveling too, but haven’t been to a lot of places yet. I’m really excited about Austria and I think being among an international group of people is going to be awesome!
See you soon,
~Samia
